I have been using this app for over three years, creating sub lists for each of the members of my team. I can prioritize, add notes and documents, and with a minor upgrade share lists with other users. I can add due dates with reminders. This is just what I needed to manage multiple tasks for a large group of people. I use the web version on my desktop and the iPad version for when I am in meetings.
