I rarely give reviews - but believe this tool needs some love and appreciation.
ToodleDo has been invaluable in keeping my work load in order and making sure everything gets done.
What I find most useful is the ability to note only schedule tasks for myself but for employees as well. I dont assign tasks - I "share" them to ensure items are taken care of. They can check it of themselves - but if they dont I can follow up with them to either reschedule, add additional tasks, or check it off because they forgot too.
I love the ability to talk with a customer, then head out to the van and schedule what needs to be done right then and there.
While I typically forget anyway - ToodleDo gives me permission to forget so I can focus on what needs to be done that day.
When the task is actually scheduled it magically reappears.
Myself - not my team - honestly couldnt do what we do without this tool.
