Doesnt have any blatant weaknesses. After using it for the last two months Im a believer. It has all of the features I want in a task app including the ability to integrate with the native calendar and remote access at all times via web.

When looking for an iOS to do list, I was initially attracted to Toodledos "checklist plus notepad" feature, as well as being able to synch over the net so I can take my "life" anywhere. Since then Ive been more impressed with the flexibility. You can mold Toodledo into pretty much any kind of task list system you may personally use, and you turn everything off if you just want the bare bones. It might not be the prettiest task list in the store, but at least it doesnt force you into a certain way of doing things. Its my essential, work horse app, couldnt live without it. UPDATE: I didnt get a chance to download and play with the new interface (3.0), mostly due to seeing some complaints in the reviews. The new features sounded interesting and helpful, but too much change all at once. Looking forward to seeing some of those enhancements come back in another form, and highly commend ToodleDo for listening to their users feedback and being so responsive. Great job!
Syncs across all my devices - iPhone iPad outlook. Always up to date and easy to use. Would have liked a desktop app to go with it but otherwise best todo app I have found and I have tried many but settled on this one.
This is a great app for breaking down projects into tasks. Sadly, it doesnt allow you to estimate how long the tasks should take or add the tasks to your calendar so that they are scheduled to get done. This makes the app more of a time waster than a time saver.
Great integration and sync between devices and desktop web based access. Enough flexibility for most users. Finally have settled on this one after trying many
More convenient than omnifocus , cheaper, and great interface
Why mess a perfectly working tool? Please go back once more to the much simpler interface. I need a simple tasklist, not this UI mess...
Very much scared to upgrade after reading the bad reviews for 3.0 I like the app a lot the way it is. How can we compare and keep the old UI if not satisfied ? I dont know if we can uninstall and reinstall a previous version on iOS
Fantastic upgrade! Thank you!
Where is font size option? I agree with previous reviews saying that the upgrade is actually worse!
Extremely flexible app. I especially love the sync capabilities between desktop, iPhone and iPad. Give it a try!
Been using Toodledo for over a year. This upgrade is the best yet. Nothing else I have tried works better for me, I keep coming back to this. Not sure why others have speed issues, works very nicely on my ipad1 - very snappy. Like the upgrade a lot.
This latest upgrade is actually a downgrade. Font, layout and navigation changes have rendered what was previously a great app to a subpar app. Dont waste your money. App is hard to use. Ive stopped using it after more than 3 years of loyalty.
This is a great app that I find very useful. An improvement I would like to see is the ability to share some items in a list with others via email. Example: make a list of chores, items 1,3,6 all are to be done by person A...I would like to select those items and email them without sharing the entire list. The app in general, is extremely well designed. I would and have, recommended this to others!
Nooooooooo! Im afraid I dont like this iteration of the new UI any better than the first attempt. I so rarely look at my task details that the space on the right is wasted, and I feel that the task list should occupy all that vacant space. Ditto for the controls on the left.
Used to love this little app. Now you cant read it !!! How about some size of font options or something !! Hurry up before this app gets forgotten... Its a great app again !!!! Thanks
I use this app as both a " to do" list and as an organization system for client files (The notes section). It is intuitive to use and very well designed.
If you are a GTD fan or are struggling to maintain a complicated To Do list, Toodledo is probably the answer to your prayers. Every time I think theyve missed an important feature, I look a little harder and find that its there. It takes a little time to filly explore everything this package can do and now best to customize it for yourself, but the effort will be well rewarded. Meanwhile, the software is intuitive enough so that you can easily start using it long before youve explored all the tools. The integration between the website and the app is excellent too. I sometimes regret that they dont offer just one more layer of subtasks, but there are so many other ways of organizing tasks in TD that this might just lead to unnecessary complications. Anyway I have tried a lot of software of this type, and TD is by far the best so far.
Love being able to view items by topic or by priority. Love being able to keep notes on topics. No complaints.
A huge fan of to do lists, I experimented with a number of products, including Omnifocus, Remember the Milk, even IOS Reminders, and Toodledo is really the best of the bunch. The fact that its web-based is probably the number one reason - my office uses PCs and I have a Mac at home, so an app like Omnifocus meant I always needed my iPhone at work to use it. I would add that Toodledo, with its contexts, goal chains and elegant user interface has made me a loyal user.
