It was difficult to find a competent task organizer after using Palm for a decade. This app has all the necessary features. Only wish this can be synced with ICal so everything is on one page.

I love this app. It can be as simple or as complicated as you wish. Use GTD methodology... or dont. Subscribe for additional functionality... Or dont. To nitpick, its not pretty. The interface is very dated. Overall though, a must have.

Wonderful app! Has the tools to help you be successful but...needs a MAJOR redesign. Not the best app to look at.

No way to sync between devices, since neither iCloud nor Dropbox is an option. The proprietary sync service no doubt does nothing but data mine, since it costs them money to maintain it. Why else would it be there? I dont buy "because we love you."

I have bounced around these to do apps, from todoist, wunderlist, and others. This one is sticking with me. It has an offline mode which is key.

It is important that the free version is immediately very useful. You cannot go wrong downloading it and building your tasks, notes, and others. After I worked with it a while, I began to hit some of the free version limits because I kept putting in data and wanted more. So I subscribed the Gold version. I am very pleased, lots of features. It is a very robust product. Here’s the thing: Toodledo has an enterprise level version. To me this means high standards, customer service, continued development, and interoperability on multiple platforms. I recommend Toodledo without reservation.

This is/was an awesome, well thought out To do list in its day. Soon, Wunderlist and its ilk will make ToodleDo the Blackberry of To Do lists. Weve been hearing about an update forever, yada, yada, yada. (users dont care and single source code, and programmers know the holy grail doesnt exist) As soon as Wunderlist moves to a real database, ToodleDo will be found on the same page with Blackberry. Too bad.

Love the flexibility and personalization capabilities in this app. Best organizational tool! That said, the Apple Watch Edition is worthless as it does not follow the view youve chosen to have open on your iPhone or iPad. It opens in "hotlist" with no ability to have it mirror your chosen setting, in my case, starred. I have a large hotlist, from which I star those Im trying to accomplish on any given day. Thats what I need my watch to show. I finally took it off my watch, but hope theyll eventually give folks the chance to have it at least mirror the phone....Please!

Ive tried them all, believe me. However due to its breadth of functionality and innovation, Toodledo has been my mainstay. Obviously a reskin is needed, however you will be hard-pressed to find anything not supported for which you need to control your scene. Per my title, everyone has different needs. However you are doing yourself a disservice if you dont at least give this app a shot.

Im not sure why this isnt more often listed as a top 5 todo app. It should be.

This app takes a heavy load off of my brain!! It is highly customizable, so customize it to work for you. I hesitated to jump all in, but once I did, I felt such a great relief. I am now able to be present and focused on my activities and loved ones because Im not trying to remember everything I have to do. I know where my things are, I have things organized on this app to tell me everything I need to know! I am using the "list" feature more and more to keep track of my ideas for my business and blogs, the outline feature to help with preparing presentations on a variety of topics, and I could go on and on about all of the things it does. It truly saves me. I feel more relaxed because I dont have to try to remember everything. I am relaxed because I know it will get done. I know my ideas are saved Im a place I can access later. Its user friendly and easy to navigate. As with most things, take the time to learn what it can do, and you will see its quite amazing.

For example, clicking a note to edit puts the cursor at the bottom and not at the tap point.

Nice, I want to introduce it to my friends , but It will be better to have a Chinese version

Tried several different Task lists, To Do lists, etc. and finally settled on this one. Does everything I need, simple interface on my iPad or with the web app.

Ive been using this app for about 8 years. I recommend it to everyone I can. I love it! I primarily use it for a To Do list but have begun experimenting with the project outlines. If you want to get stuff done, this is the app for you! Its as organized as you want it to be and is easy to use!

Ive downloaded almost all the todo apps on the store, and this one wins. I have my todos and notes available and in sync on PC, iPhone, and iPad. The app is rock solid, never crashes, and the sync requires zero attention, and everything Just Works. If you want, the app can be simply used as-is as a todo tracker, a habit tracker, or else under the covers there are a wealth of options and customizations to tweak the app for hardcore GTD/GSD applications and methodologies. This is the benchmark other apps have to measure against.

This is the best productivity app I have ever used. It help me to stay organized and to accomplish all my goals

This app would get five stars for me if they would add one crucial feature -- the ability to reorder tasks manually.

Toodledo is my dashboard of everything that is important. It is absolutely perfect for organizing tasks. I just wish the Outlines and Lists were less clunky, and Notes would benefit if it supported rich text editing.

Please add ability to modify add search from Mobile iPhone app!! Only task apps have stuck with now for years.
