1) why doesnt this app sync except when you open it? 2) freezes momentarily all the time while I use it. I think the developers have stopped updating this.

Rich functionality, excellent ease of use, responsive support. Highly recommended. (Deducting two stars because they havent released an update in a long time, and there are a few cosmetic bugs, like the color of some buttons when button shapes are enabled, that they havent addressed for a very long time. Not sure how interested they are in the iOS platform any more.)

I use this application every day, throughout the day. I stay on top of what I need to do and when with this great tool. But the last update was November of last year?! It shows, as my iPhone crashes almost every time I use this app ever since I installed iOS 10. Please work on compatibility updates!

I think this is the best task app but I MUST have Outlook Exchange task sync. I would drop Toodledo in a second if someone else had an app like Toodledo and had sync. I would pay for the feature!! So wake up and make some money or I will do it myself!

I rarely give reviews - but believe this tool needs some love and appreciation. ToodleDo has been invaluable in keeping my work load in order and making sure everything gets done. What I find most useful is the ability to note only schedule tasks for myself but for employees as well. I dont assign tasks - I "share" them to ensure items are taken care of. They can check it of themselves - but if they dont I can follow up with them to either reschedule, add additional tasks, or check it off because they forgot too. I love the ability to talk with a customer, then head out to the van and schedule what needs to be done right then and there. While I typically forget anyway - ToodleDo gives me permission to forget so I can focus on what needs to be done that day. When the task is actually scheduled it magically reappears. Myself - not my team - honestly couldnt do what we do without this tool.

Icons for sorting and in task setting are microscopic - and - sub tasks cannot be indented. Bummer. Great online, but the app is mediocre at best.

Some of you long time users take a look you will see the functionality and usefulness and ease-of-use in this application is unsurpassed by any. The functionality and usefulness far outweigh any benefit from fonts or formats . i will take the volume of content and functionality any day if all I have to do is put on my glasses

This has also been a solid app, but since updating to the latest iOS, the notes do not appear when you click on a task. Works fine on the desktop, but not on my iPhone. Please fix!

As others have mentioned, the latest update messed up the formatting, especially for notes.

Ok, so the update was botched but wheres the fix? Without the Notes function on the app the whole thing is useless. Cmon man.

This is one of my most relied upon apps and the latest version has broken notes on the iPhone. Please fix asap!

Great app - best to-do solution in iOS. Developer needs to fix the notes issue as others have highlighted below.

At the moment theres a big glitch -- the notes one writes that are attached to each "To Do" item -- can not be accessed. Im sure they are furiously trying to fix this bug. But for 3 years ive been using this app, and have been deliriously happy with it. I had burned through several other productivity apps, and only after i stumbled upon this app, did i stop my search. Its got many features -- more than i need -- but thats ok because it does have all the elements that i need. Thank you -- but now go fix that broken notes feature!!

Notes dont appear correctly on iPhone 6s Plus. Only way to solve is to turn phone to landscape then to portrait then the notes appear fine.

This is hands down the best tasks app. Just a couple of improvements needed though to bring it in line with all the others. The sort options and the customization are fantastic. Way FASTER and less bogged down than informant but still needs: 1. Option to include overdue tasks on the today filter. Time-saver. 2. Real-time, syncing, refresh would be great. If I have completed tasks hidden and I complete a task I dont want to have to go to an entirely different view and come back to have it disappear. Same with recurring tasks.

Great app; Ive been using it for years. Syncs beautifully with their website, so it works on any platform. Best to-do solution Ive seen so far.

I finally broke down, thinking I would get a 4 or 5 star experience, so I ended up paying $5 for the experience and the privilege to write a review. Sigh. First thing I did right after installing is turn on Reminder synching. Immediately I noticed that the Reminder Lists informtion isnt imported. I need the Lists organisation. This app has folders, but the information doesnt translate. Result: I would have to edit about 50 todos one at a time to add this information, and if I ever made any folder changes in this app, it wouldnt sync back to the Reminders database. This would be a constant headache. Second thing I tried to do is customise the Hotlist, which is a built-in version of a focus list. I need to see whats due within the next week or so, together with whats overdue. This is not rocket science! For some reason the app insists of showing all todos of a certain priority. There is no way to turn this off, so the Hotlist is full of todos that are months or years in the future (think car registration, drivers license expiry, etc). As a consequence, the Hotlist is nearly unusable. So, I thought, Ill make my own focus list. I went to the Searches function, thinking I could create search criteria for overdue and due within a week, and save it and use it as a focus list. No go. I was greeted with the notice that creating searches requires me to log into some account. Baaaaaad. Even the built-in filters arent very useful. Lastly, I tried to use a built-in filter for my focus list. The Upcoming In The Next 7 Days filter wont show the overdue items. The Overdue filter wont show anything thats not overdue. You cant select more than one filter at a time, such as Overdue AND Upcoming In The Next 3 Days. Nope, cant do. At that point, I gave up. I dont know how anybody uses this app productively. Very disappointing.

I use this app all day, every day. Love automatic syncing between iPhone and iPad and PC (website). I like the new look and flexibility to create lists the way I want. I use the folders, locations, contexts, and priorities in many different ways to allow me to sort and filter many ways. Great app.
