Long time follower. Good app. But the latest version lost the Return key on the keyboard in Notes making the notes feature unusable. Please fix!

Very easy to use and quickly categorize and change priority..one if the best I have seen.

Easily one of my most used and most indispensable apps. It keeps both my business and my personal life well organized and yet it is both easy to use and flexible enough for me make ongoing changes if needs be.

Since last update it does not allow me to add tasks. Probably not a good thing for a task list, no?

Ive been using this app as a paying customer for years and have always loved it. However, I am increasingly thinking of switching over to Evernote due to the lack of Rich Text formatting in toodledo. Evernote does notes great! I wish Toodledo would learn a few things from them and improve the note taking. I miss not being able to edit text nicely (Tab, Space, etc), add images to notes, etc. These are basic needs. A shame that Rich Text has been a requested feature since 2009 and Toodledo have yet to get to it.

I have used ToodleDo for years. I have a system using the web program search function that enables me to quickly plan my week and my day. I rely on this app to keep myself organized personally and lead a company.

We use it in our family to implement GTD and after customization, it works very well! Cons: same view everywhere (projet review requires to change view; which we do on web (PC)), scrolling not as smooth as Id like, calcs (recurring tasks) seem to be performed online. Pros: price!, cross-platform, customization.

Over many years I have tried out many To-Do programs and apps but finally found Toodledo which I have been using for about 2 years. With the ability to synchronize IPhone and iPad with the Toodledo website means everything is always available. I live a complicated life but dividing everything I do into 4 contexts - Me, Family and Friends, Making a Living, and Keep Life Organized - nothing gets left out. Its one of my my most important apps.

Love this app but there are a ton of glitches with the new iOs! Please fix bugs!

Multi-platform, customizable, always available and easy to use. Whats not to love!?

I purchased this App quite some time ago and it was a great useful app. When the interface changed something internal in the app changed and it has never worked properly since. I get repeated notifications (that I never had before). Since the iOS 7 upgrade Toodle-Do no longer syncs properly or connects properly to Pocket Informant. This app has become completely useless and I am sorry that I purchased it. -Dont like the interface -Doesnt connect properly to sync -Doesnt connect properly to Pocket Informant Do not waste your money on this app - there are far better apps around. I would like to see interactivity with Evernote. I would like to see the ability to use handwritten notes/tasks. I have used this for two, perhaps three years. I dont love the aesthetic, no themes to change it. It is extremely customizable. Works well with the David Allen concept. I use it with Pocket Informant and it syncs properly, no complaints there. I have purchased most of the top-rated and lower rated task managers, even the unreasonably priced OmniSync task manager. ToodleDo may have the option for the annual sync, which I use and love, but it is truly universal. I recommend this above all others.

Love the app... But, when I wasnt using the app I got a "please rate this app" notification in my notification center. This type of spamming earns an instant 1-star, which is a shame as this was previously a 5-star review.

This was one of my favourite apps, and I used it daily. Since iOS7, the app is very sluggish (even with the "synch in edit" turned off). It doesnt update quick enough to be able to quickly check off items in your list - especially problematic for recurring items that used to update and refresh when checked off. I went from using this app every day to looking for new solutions (reminders app?) because I am too frustrated. I hate iOS7 (it has broken a lot of my favourites, including Toodledo).

Allows for multiple devices between family members to stay on task. Remind if important tasks etc.

I was nervous about switching To Fo apps, but am really glad I did. Toodledo was a huge improvement.

We use this to link up common lists like groceries.

Awesome functionality, multiple ways to filter and sort your task lists. Has tremendous potential. Room for improvement in making layout more reader friendly, colors more comforting. It was just fantastic, then they changed it. When this happens, five stars, in Sha Allah-Allah Willing. :)

Love this app. It would be a great update if we could add photos to to do items. I use this for my business and orders. Love it
