Ive been using the app a few days and it seems to work well for tracking my personal and work tasks. I use the reminder function to help list them in the correct order. Thus far, I havent run across anything I need that it doesnt have.

I have used Toodledo for several years and it just gets better and better. It can even listen to Siri. I look for ease, features and the ability to sync across multiple devices. Check, check, check.
Tasks, Notes, Lists, Outlines, Habits - I use them all. Task timers, scheduling, categories, tags - I plow through 60 tasks per day seamlessly with the help of this app. Theres even IFTTT connectivity with Google calendar for tracking what you did and when. Habits even makes charts. Excellent for project management, making outlines for presentations, steps in procedures. So cool! Nothing comes close to the power of this app. Strong recommend.
This app is deceptively versatile. It adapts perfectly to GTD and TRO from Priacta (check them out!) Id give it a 3 out 5 for the aesthetic appeal, but the functionality and flexibility Id give 7 out of 5! Now they need a fully fledged OS X client (not just the toolbar widget)
If you dont need to get anything done, then this app is for you! But I have a long list and this app only allows a 20 item list, even though I paid for it. It takes a lot of time to set up and then you find limited use. I will be testing apps until I find one that has all the things I want and isnt limited or time consuming to get started!
This is the super app of all light weight time management tools. Small and mighty Toodledo offers complete flexibility. You can start with a basics list of things to do or use it to organize any small business buy tracking peoples time and accomplishments. It grows with your needs. As you learn the app, it expands its capabilities 10 fold. I have never seen such a small piece of software do so much and with such efficiency. Toodledos ability to work as a standalone app on your phone only or its ability to add many users through the website is unmatched. It anything and everything you want it to be. Your other users can use the website so they dont have to have a mobile device to use it. Thats flexibility at its best in platform independent layout.
Toodledo, or as I keep accidentally calling it, ToDoodle, is an excellent To Do app that is both feature-rich and simultaneously streamlined. I only gave it four stars instead of five because I feel like the earlier versions were maybe a tiny bit cleaner-feeling, and now it is maybe a bit more cluttered than necessary.
Just purchased this app and was trying to find out how to do the subtasks. Well you cant on the basic service. You have to "subscribe" to the more advance service at some yearly charge. Before I purchase this app it did show in the pictures the subtasks so silly me just thought this was a feature included in the app. I am so tired of companies that show things that are not available unless you pay an additional $15, oh excuse me, I meant $14.99 per year. This app is not a full feature app, if you go onto the web site you will find you have to pay at least $14.99 and up annually for additional features. This application has some limitations, and in my case some important features. I will be deleting.
Tooled remains one of my top five must-have apps. It is clean and efficient. I love the ability to give tasks various priorities (which orders them on my list), and the ability to hide future tasks so that they pop up on the list on a specified date. I do use the sync service to keep my lists synced on multiple devices and the Toodledo website.
Ive used this product for years. It has been continuously improved over that time. The notebook and various list features are nice, but the real value for me is the Task list. Ill admit it would not be nearly as valuable without a Gold paid license, but with it it has become my hub for task, mini-project, GTD, reminder and to-do storage. With links from Siri "remind-me" and from Amazon Echo via ifttt.com, Toodledos utility just gets more and more valuable. I look forward to more integration with other tools in the future.
Great, great App. Literally cant imagine my life without this app. Keeps the whole family organized and preps the person that goes to the grocery store as they have the updated list right with them.
I have been using this app for a few years and it is amazing in its capability! The ability to organize in multiple categories, context, folders, goals and more is very necessary for a good organizing app. Syncing is fast and accurate! Good support and help files. Web page interface is very useful when I need to do a lot of data entry or categorization. I really use this app and dont know how I would stay organized without it!
I have written SEVERAL lengthy, 5-star reviews of this app in the 5+ years I’ve used it. Why does Apple keep removing them?!? Not fair to this developer to remove favorable reviews. Repeatedly.
I have been using Toodledo for years. Each year I look at competing apps because I am obsessed with optimizing my personal workflow. Each year Toodledo just keeps getting better. Contexts supports GTD, Folders allows easy roles and goals ala 7 Habits. It not only supports tasks, but repeating habits as well. I have run two companies and my personal life just relying on this app.
I need to be in Franklin planner geek. All the other planning software out there doesnt come close to this one. It really helps out with prioritize your tasks for you. It has a really good algorithm that calculates priorities.
Super flexible. With a little work you can adapt this to work the way you want to instead of changing how you work.
Very satisfied.
Been using it for years. Syncs with my outlook. Syncs with all my devices. Sort by start date and priority. Copy and paste from emails to it. Love it. Definitely a top 5 app for me and I have 100s of apps. Imperative for me.
So great at helping me keep my big projects organized because I can sequence my action steps for each project and set deadlines for tasks. I also love the notes section.
Be aware: this is not a fully functioning app as-is. Its very powerful, but they hamstring this app to get you to subscribe. And you know what? Its totally worth it for me. There is no other to do app thats as powerful and organized. But its also really bad practice for them to do this bait and switch. So you get my money, and praise, but you also get a one star review. If you had been more upfront about this, I would have bought the app, bought the subscription, and given you 5 stars.
